History: Roland was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He's also a talented Scribe, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. At some point he was captured by gnolls and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Locksmith arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the east to a Bowyer, Randal learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Bowyer for the past few years.
