History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. A gifted student he started as a Mortician, but he got bored and became a Carter. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 10 years.

Personality: He is quiet and unassuming. He ignores others and carries on with his job unassumingly. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a Beggar soon after.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. Roger enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He found a children's book about a Human Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the north; and to reunite with his old friends
