History: Jocelyn was raised in a hard working conservative environment. After coming to the age of reason, Jocelyn took it upon himself to study the druidic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He became a Carter soon after.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
