History: Frederick was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Carter they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Fletcher, and he later adopted a second son.

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Tanner. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature mace.
