History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Robert's homeland. Robert decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Robert fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Bernard was born on a far northern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Roofer. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.
