Through the years after Frederick was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes orcs are coming to abduct people. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Charles hails from a village terrorized by orcs. At a young age his father died while driving off some orcs. His mother being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in hand crossbow use. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Charles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
