Description: A man with a cold, calculating air about him, he wears suspenders and black workpants. His shirt is blue, and he wears a heavy black leather apron most of the time. His broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. Richard liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Scribe for hire.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears bulky black painted plate armor. His hair is short and brown. He has several tiny ruby earrings on each ear.
Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Description: This man stands a little under 6'4" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty blue coat over it. His chestnut hair is long and unkept. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.
Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.
History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Everard abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. His hair is long and golden with streaks of silver, and is pulled back with small brown clips. His beard is silver, braided, and well cared for. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. The war was a terrible time for him, and Ralf does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.
History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Ralf and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and retire the richest man in the north

He carries with him a set of halberds on his belt, each one with a aquamarine on the hilt. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.
Personality: This man loves singing and to teach people singing more than just about anything. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted divine powers by his dying sister.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
