History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He takes great joy in being the best Bookbinder in town.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When Lance reached his early adolescence his Human father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He's also a talented Baker, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Bookbinder responsibilities is difficult.

History: Diggory lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a grey shirt with thin brown vertical stripes and yellow pants. He has no hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Detective hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. After a long history of fighting, Don and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: Chad hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his music career. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Mayor arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
