Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Adelard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His first spouse was a Knight, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.

History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
