History: John lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: He got into the Bowyer business at a young age. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bowyer for hire.

History: Born in the west to a Detective, Tim learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better trade route.
