History: He is a Jackalwere in disguise. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking western young adult. He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright black and grey, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His golden hair has been sun bleached extensively. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jocelyn embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Jocelyn and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: To unite with his brother; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and to prove his worth to the world
