Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He got into the Barber business at a young age. A gifted student he started as a Navigator, but he got bored and became a Barber. He became a Barber soon after.
