Motivation: To pay off his debts; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He worked as a nervous Glassblower and found it very stressful. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Glassblower for the past few years.
