History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after John was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. John's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
