History: Born in the west to a Bowyer, Roland learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.

He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Balimaar hails from a village terrorized by brigands. After coming to the age of reason, Balimaar took it upon himself to study the arcane arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roland grew up listening to his father's many stories. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
