History: Born in the west to a Architect, Gerard learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He's also a talented Miner, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He found a children's book about a Human Barbarian who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
