History: Born in the east to a Ruler, Justin learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He struck the Ruler job and began his own company from there.

Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
