Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty yellow coat over it. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: Born in the east to a Sellsword, Theodoric learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 5 years.
Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: He wears green painted combat armor at almost all times. He carries a battered greatsword and tarnished kukri as well. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady brown eyes.
Personality: He is a Bricklayer first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.
History: Born in the north to a Bricklayer, Thomas learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Bricklayer and found it very stressful. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Thomas fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and further expansion of business

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.
History: He was raised by priests from a young age. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He is harsh and unforgiving.
History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Randal and his spouse have recently divorced.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His hair is golden and curly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is overprotective of those who hire his services. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.
History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.
Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and a deep hatred of drow
