He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He became a Bookbinder soon after.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Conrad never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Sailor who has hired him part-time. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: The child of a Miller, who enjoyed hunting, Heward was taken on many hunting expeditions. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he would like to get married and retire

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Alex and his spouse have recently divorced.
