Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered painting. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. John was born on a far northern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Scribe. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and further expansion of business
