History: He was born in a small island village. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Many giants want him driven away; and a deep hatred of giants

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He found a children's book about a Human Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Brewer for the past few years.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Odo fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
