Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Gilbert hails from a village terrorized by brigands. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Gilbert took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up morningstar and armor he uses now. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by brigands, and he desires to right it; and he has money and likes to spend it

History: He was born in a small forest village. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Navigator. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has green eyes and a tan hat with a grey feather.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A gifted student he started as a Miller, but he got bored and became a Fisher. He's also a talented Miller, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a black vest with golden trim over his white shirt. His blue leather gloves and pants are well-kept, and his black boots flare out at the collars. His black hair and beard is wavy and long. His blue eyes peer out from beneath his feathered black hat.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Over the years he perfected his riding and shooting skills. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things; and to end his boredom
