History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Roland grew up listening to his father's many stories. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
