His mother taught him the rudiments of the Farmer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Kody was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth.
