History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Patrick grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A freak accident while working with his Courier mother left him crippled. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Bernard was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
