Personality: Hubert speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Hubert was born on a far western plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Locksmith. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Weaver they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Locksmith, and he later adopted a second daughter.
