After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: A man with a friendly, welcoming air about him, he wears black trousers with green and brown striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His chestnut hair is heavily combed to the left. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aldous embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Aldous is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He became a Knight soon after.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against brigands

He cuts an attractive figure and his suit of old armor is well cared for even if it is obsolete. Sporting a blonde mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Everard was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Wants to have a good time and be beloved; and to get a good night's sleep

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Doctor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.
