History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His childhood dream was to be a Miner, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Adelard grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A freak accident while working with his Locksmith mother left him crippled. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
