Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Bertram was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
