History: His mother raised him in a mountain cabin. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the mountains to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the mountains due to the painful memories there. Bertram took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up scimitar and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: Thomas hails from a village terrorized by drow. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and many drow want him driven away

Personality: He likes to make people angry or surprised. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. After a long history of fighting, Norman and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and wants to raise his children well
