History: He was born into a rich family. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He is frequently practicing swordplay.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Born in the south to a Sage, Alex learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Mortician, but he was a colossal failure. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
