History: Lance lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Animal Trainer profession.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Carter work with an outfit from a few towns over. Carter work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

History: Hunter was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His childhood dream was to be a Mortician, but he was a colossal failure. He tends to his Stylist job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
