History: Born to a Laborer, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Navigator hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Dean never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Server they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Shoemaker, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and wants to raise his children well
