He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. The war was a terrible time for him, and Balimaar does not often speak of it. History: Born to a Mercenary, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bellfounder hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Mercenary they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bellfounder, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and doesn't want to be a bellfounder and was forced into it by his family
