Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Ernest embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Engraver. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a black vest and prefers white and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His ears are large.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Cook. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cook. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Cook.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

History: He was raised in a forest tribe. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has never given up on his writing dream.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new architect responsibilities is difficult
