History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has had some formal dancing training, and achieved minor success. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Bertram never married again. Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born into a rich family. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Mayor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Mayor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
