History: He is a Lamia in disguise. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Spy arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now mingles about in high society.
