History: Hugh hails from a village terrorized by orcs. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of specialists.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and he wants revenge against orcs
