History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Ernest grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Ranger who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He tends to his Marshal job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Personality: Adelard wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Wizard, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born in the east, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. Adelard was born on a far eastern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Mortician. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
