History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Marshal hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion; and doesn't want to be a marshal and was forced into it by his family

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Tim grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother').
