Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Ruler born in the past three hundred years. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Ruler arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. After coming to the age of reason, Heward took it upon himself to study the divine arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
