Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His first spouse was a Barber, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
