Description: He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He carries a battered monstrous two handed axe and tarnished sickle as well. He sports a flattop hair cut. He has several tiny sapphire earrings on each ear.
Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Reynard fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Human compassion; and he is wracked by social anxiety

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. His white hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He has hazel eyes.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. A true patriot, Bernard would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
Motivation: He is greedy.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'11" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He dresses like a well dressed Fortune-teller does. His silver hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a small hat. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.
Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: Dean was born with his father's beautiful face. A freak accident while working with his Interpreter father left him crippled. He tends to his Fortune-teller job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Fortune-teller responsibilities is difficult; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. He keeps his brown hair in a pixie cut. He wears large thick round spectacles.
Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.
History: Lance hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Lance liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He became a Fletcher soon after.
Motivation: Revenge; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 5'2". He wears black trousers with green and black striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts, and his gloved hand is found clutching a monstrous two handed axe. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He has blue eyes and a black hat with a green feather.
Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Guard business.
History: Jocelyn was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting dire rats, the young Jocelyn began to lead the lost caravan. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Jocelyn was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and revenge
