History: Heward hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Heward was born on a far southern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Farmer. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability.
