Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Human, and stands approximately 6'4". He wears a brown deerstalker hat and brown clothes, and his gloved hand is found clutching a halberd. His hair is cut close to his head. His eyes are amber and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He uses divination through singing.
History: Born in the north to a Bricklayer, Nicholas learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He tends to his Bricklayer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. In his 19th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

Description: This eastern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His ears are large.
Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. A true patriot, Roland would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the forest to a summer home near a ruined castle. He would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the forest due to the painful memories there. Roland took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up longbow and armor he uses now. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.
