Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Jocelyn was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.
