History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. Nicholas was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Barkeep father left him crippled. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Alexandre was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.
