History: Born to a Shipwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: He wears long strands of amber and short tan dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His black hair is slicked back into a classic pompadour. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Diggory is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Diggory was born with his father's beautiful face. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is typically in his Spice Merchant uniform. He keeps his chestnut hair in a pixie cut. His eyes are likewise violet.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He tends to his Spice Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This man is very fat, and wears tattered old clothes. His silver hair is cut short. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: He was born in a small plains village. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he is greedy

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears dull brown sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed sword, just in case. With bright white hair and a scraggly beard. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Born in the east to a Carter, Ernest learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and expand his business
