Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Layabout who has hired him part-time. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.
History: He was born in a small plains village. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Jocelyn Deighton, Male Human [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. He keeps his long chestnut hair kept up in a rat tail. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are violet.
Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Engraver but believes his peers are too gung-ho.
History: Jocelyn was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion
Ideals: Optimist, Pacifist. Flaws: Fearful. Bonds: Poor, Adventurer, Family. Occupation: Engraver
