He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by illithids, and he desires to right it

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Laborer who has hired him part-time. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Laborer arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. He became a Spice Merchant soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Spice Merchant responsibilities is difficult.
